We have an opening for an Administrative Assistant in Indianapolis, IN. Hours of operation are M-F 8:30am-4:30pm, occasional Saturdays may be required as needed.
We are looking for professional candidates with excellent customer service and effective communication skills. Additional skill sets preferred are experience with insurance review, prior authorizations, medical coding/billing, data entry and Brightree software.
In this role, you will assist with communicating with insurance companies for insurance verification as well as claim follow-up and resolution. You will provide data entry support, help to ensure all claims have appropriate codes and that medical necessity has been met for the equipment that is being provided. In addition, you will aid in obtaining and attaching any necessary documents to the claims in order to get payment, posting payments, following-up on denied claims, and creating/maintaining patient files.
